## What it is for

A business expanding, relocating or adding a distribution point needs space of a given type and size in a given market from a given date: dock doors and clear height for a warehouse, freezer capacity for cold storage, power for light industrial use. Short-term and small-bay space is hard to find through listings. Set out the type, size, market, term, timing and the features the space must have, in the terms a landlord or broker works in.

## What happens next

You get a reference number and a written brief of the space you need. We look at every requirement, and when we can point you to space that fits, we reply to the email you leave. Representing a party in a lease for pay is licensed brokerage in Texas, for one, and we hold no such licence, so any lease is negotiated by you or your own broker. Nothing is ordered or committed until you agree terms. Contact details are kept apart from the requirement and deleted after 180 days.
